From workplace equality to mental health to climate change, how can you make a difference and impact change in 2020 whoever you are and whatever you do?
The Aspire M.A.D. (making a difference) Movement is our new co-coaching program that builds on the success of our mentoring initiative that positively impacted the lives of 18 million women and girls in 80 countries across the world.
Our goal is to inspire women to be agents of change in 2020 and it is our contribution to changing the world!
Perhaps you want to start an equality initiative for women at your company or create a project to solve homelessness in your local area or find a way to impact climate change or something else. Whether you don’t know where to start or you already have a project that needs a boost of support, join us.
There is no cost to join. You do need to be committed in terms of your time and energy.
The M.A.D. (Making a Difference) co-coaching program provides an equal platform for 2 people to help and support each other to achieve their M.A.D. (making a difference) goals where neither are considered ‘expert’. The 1 hour per month sessions over 6 months are split equally with a suggested coaching format and guidance on how to make the best use out of the time.
The focus is on providing a listening ear, support, cheerleading and not telling people what to do or providing advice. Our emphasis is on coaching rather than traditional mentoring.
When you apply, we will review your application within 7 days and if accepted for the program, you will receive welcome information and an opportunity to join a training and orientation webinar. You will then be paired up with another woman for you to both make contact and start the 6 month program. We will then check in and provide support over the 6 months.
"A great idea in terms of the ultimate impact on wellbeing of women - the multiplier effect is very powerful. I enjoyed being helpful and felt more motivated in my personal and professional life and I also got to know a totally different life!"
