It’s a M.A.D. (Making a Difference) World Online Seminar
Join us this International Women’s Day to explore the latest thinking about the empowerment of women as leaders, why there is still a critical need to close the global gender gap and how women are agents of change.
The global theme for International Women’s Day this year is #balanceforbetter. Balance is not a women’s issue, it’s a business issue. The race is on for the gender-balanced boardroom, a gender-balanced government, gender-balanced media coverage and more gender-balance in wealth. Gender balance is essential for economies and communities to thrive.
This online seminar will be led by Dr Sam Collins, Founder and CEO of Aspire, named ‘One of the Top 200 Women to Impact Business and Industry’ by Her Majesty, the Queen and ‘A Woman Shaping the World’ by CNN. Award-winning gender diversity expert, social entrepreneur, key note speaker, coach and internationally bestselling author, Dr Collins is a leading global voice on change for workplaces, organizational culture and community impact.
Learn how organizations that focus on a triple bottom line of profits, people and planet will be the sole survivors and innovators of the future and how we as individuals can change the world.

“Thank you for an amazing webcast. You're very inspiring, fun & easy to relate to and your enthusiasm and energy is contagious. It was an excellent presentation, which taught me a lot, but it was also the feeling that, as a career woman, you're not alone and don't have to feel uncomfortable about wanting more in life. It's good not to care so much about what the world thinks. Usually I have to tone down my intelligence so they don't feel intimidated so it was amazing just embracing being a M.A.D. woman.”

"I'm always different from the majority with my thinking and outlook and finding Aspire is giving me the confidence to know that I am M.A.D. (in a good way!) and I can feel more comfortable in finding my voice and becoming a trailblazer."
